post a commentI've found skirt steak to make a low cost, great tasting meal. I marinate it in olive oil, salt, and pepper for a few hours and then cook it on the grill. Makes a great tasting piece of meat, or slice it up for fajitas.

Taking a lunch every day is as frugal as I get. But i'm starting to eat more home cooked meals, save on tipping as well.
Love your site! I’ve given you The Lemonade Award so be sure to swing by my blog at http://www.snipsandsnailsboutique.blogspot.com to pick it up!
Hello "budget dial" author,
As a fellow blogger & money fanatic I have followed your blog for sometime now....
Some really great posts and pointers!
Anyhow I have a little offer for you....
The company I work for would like to pay you to put a text link to a credit card site on your blog. I see you have other deals already and would love to join them on the same better terms?!
The website is called creditcardmenu.com and we will be launching a new fantastic looking credit card review and comparison service which is free to our customers; advertising with sites like your should be great for our profile.
So let the bartering begin??!
Oh and keep up the blogging!!

We love our CrockPot too. We just added a great tip about crockpots on our site. I'm soon posting an easy Lasagna using the crockpot and you don't even have to cook the noodles first.
And I love taking the leftovers to work! We love saving money, don't you?

Speaking of being frugal, here's a cartoon where it is a bit extreme...
