Frugal Dinner planning Mar 30th

Sunday Dinner over my mom

Mom Steak stir fry ( I didn't realize I got stir fry steak on marked down we usually do not do stir fry)

Tues Chicken, veggies and roasted potatoes

Wed Pork chops (I picked up a ton of thin cut pork chops that were on meat marked down-good deal)

Thurs Fish sticks and roasted potatoes

Fri Layered Ground beef crockpot

Sat Pizza

I've found skirt steak to make a low cost, great tasting meal. I marinate it in olive oil, salt, and pepper for a few hours and then cook it on the grill. Makes a great tasting piece of meat, or slice it up for fajitas.

Taking a lunch every day is as frugal as I get. But i'm starting to eat more home cooked meals, save on tipping as well.
