Frugal Meal Planning week of April 1st

Happy April We had a wonderful Easter with our family.

Sunday Easter dinner 

Monday  chicken drumsticks, roasted potatoes and broccoli 

Tuesday Chicken, spinach, cream cheese,mushrooms all thrown in the crockpot with Italian dressing on top.  Pasta on the side 

Wednesday  Cheesy beef and broccoli brown rice on the side for the boys 

Thursday  Crockpot Cheesy Ham and Hashbrown! Perfect for leftover ham you have this week.  All you are is layering ham, shredded hashbrowns, some onions and throw 8 eggs in and put in the crockpot for 6 hours Super simple! 

Friday  Leftover buffet

Thanks for stopping on by! We try to use up everything and having a meal plan really helps.

If we don't have enough for the leftover buffet it will be easy sandwiches.

Looks great! I am definitely going to need to try the cheesy ham and hashbrowns! Looks so good and easy, too! We also do leftover buffet at our house and my kids actually love it! I throw everything out on the counter and they can pick whatever they want. It makes for some interesting combinations sometimes, but I'm just glad everything gets used up! :) Stopping by from the link up at Org Junkie!
