Zucchini Pizza crust Yummy Low Carb Pizza

I am trying to eat healthier and get the boys to eat some more veggies overall.  (Teen age boys LOVE CARBS but their 40 year old momma needs to watch them overall)  I got the idea off of  myfitness pal .  

Zucchini Pizza crust, 
2 cups of shredded zucchini(drained for 30 minutes and squeezed) I threw my zucchini in the food processor.  Use fresh not frozen zucchini it is perfect for those bruised zuchini in the discout food bin at the grocery store. 
2 eggs 
2 tbs Parmesan cheese 
2 tsp black pepper 
1Tbs garlic powder 
1Tbs dried oregano 
Salt to taste. 

Mix zucchini with  Parmesan  ,,garlic,oregano,pepper and salt then add the eggbeaters. 

spread out on a parchment lined cookie sheet or pizza pan , about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 in a preheated oven. spray  crust with cooking spray, just a bit. brown the crust under the broiler about  3 minutes. Add your favorite tomato  sauce and add your toppings. 

This made a  14" pizza, I made this into  8  slices and it was roughly 45 calories per slice  for the crust  and I added in some tomato sauce, turkey pepperoni and green peppers  on it.
