Frugal Meal Planning week of May 5th

We had another beautiful spring weekend! We did some prepping for our garden plus we had the typical sports weekend soccer and baseball games!

Sunday  Steak, sweet potato fries, green beans 

Monday      Cheesy beef and broccoli brown rice on the side for the boys 

Tuesday    Layered ground turkey casserole Layered ground turkey in crockpot (simply layered ground turkey, brown rice, tomato sauce, and black beans and cook on low for 8 hours-very good!

Wednesday   Italian turkey  sausages  with pasta 

Thursday  Leftover layered ground turkey casserole in tortillas 

Friday     Meat crusted pizza

Saturday We are having my in laws over for dinner for mother's day -I am leaning towards a taco bar night
