I think the old saying if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Lots of people deposited money and were encourage to "roll over: their earnings.
I hope people get back their original investments and file it as a lesson learned.
However some don't believe that it is going downhill... that is just a temporary problem. Poll on wahm.com and the actual forums at 12 daily pro.
