Here are the results to the How big is your mortgage?

There was not an overwhelming answer for my frugal (or wanna be frugal readers). I couldn't imagine having a 300,000 mortgage.

I like the philosophy that your mortgage payment shouldn't be more than 25% of your monthly net income. We try to stay within those guidelines now but were more like 32% when we first got our mortgage.
