Like many others, one of my husband and I resolutions is to try to loose a few pounds. We will be following South Beach Diet starting on Wednesday. My husband is prediabetic and this way of eating was suggested by his doctor.
Sun Steak, french fries, veggies
Mon New Year Eve- Chinese food!!
Tues Leftover Chinese food
Wed Starting South beach diet Asian Ground beef (we use ground turkey, mix browned ground turkey, cole slaw, onions, peppers and soy sauce and lots of garlic)
Thurs Italian chicken in foil (Chicken breast with zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes, onions in foil with some italian dressing)
Fri Leftovers
Sat Meat crust pizza

DH is diabetic and has a newly diagnosed possible heart condition!
