Thrifty Thursday rewind October 4th

Welcome to this week's Thrifty Thursday rewind!  I am in the midst of pantry challenge trying to use up what we have before  I go on any big shopping sprees for the basics.  I do stock up on basics when I find a really good sale and even better if I can match them up with coupons. 

Occasionally I need a reminder for  5 things every kitchen needs
